Ministerstvo školství bojuje proti genderové nerovnosti. Dotknout se to může i učebnic

Ministerstvo školství nedávno schválilo „Plán podpory rovnosti žen a mužů MŠMT na léta 2021-2024”, který má zohledňovat rovnost žen a mužů mj. i ve vzdělávání, hodnocení žáků a tvorbě nových učebnic. Podle úřadu nejde o vytváření problému, který neexistuje. Stejně tak genderová nerovnost rozhodně není největší potíž tuzemského školství, vysvětluje Novinkami oslovená odbornice.

Φέτος, το Ευρωπαϊκό Ινστιτούτο για την Ισότητα των Φύλων (EIGE) στρέφει την προσοχή του στην ισότητα των φύλων στην εκπαίδευση. Με τρείς μελέτες να είναι σχεδόν έτοιμες, το Ινστιτούτο διερευνά το “πεδίο των σχολικών αιθουσών” με στόχο να αποκαλύψει ορισμένες από τις εκπαιδευτικές προκλήσεις που σχετίζονται με το φύλο.“Η εκπαίδευση και η ισότητα των φύλων συνδέονται πολύ στενά, με την σχολική αίθουσα να αποτελεί ένα ιδανικό μέρος για την έγκαιρη διάρρηξη των έμφυλων στερεοτύπων. Παρά ταύτα, τα εκπαιδευτικά περιβάλλοντα ενδέχεται επίσης και να τα ενισχύουν. Για παράδειγμα, μέσω εγχειριδίων που δείχνουν γυναίκες να εργάζονται σε παραδοσιακούς ρόλους, όπως νοσηλεύτριες και δασκάλες και τους άντρες να εργάζονται ως μηχανικοί και επιστήμονες,” δήλωσε η Jolanta Reingarde, κύρια ερευνήτρια στο Ευρωπαϊκό Ινστιτούτο για την Ισότητα των Φύλων.Μία καλύτερη κατανόηση αυτών των προκλήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των υψηλότερων ποσοστών σχολικής διαρροής και του έμφυλου διαχωρισμού στα πεδία σπουδών είναι απαραίτητη με στόχο την προώθηση της ισότητας των φύλων στις Ευρωπαϊκές κοινωνίες – και διαμέσου των ίδιων των εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων.
